I’m Chelle Pangilinan, a 27-year-old pinoy problogger from Pangasinan. I enjoy watching TV as my relaxation.. I am a new blogger and I am certainly loving it.

Sometimes if you feel that i’m taking sides, i’m just expressing my opinion. After all, 100ICE is a blog. So from time to time, you shall read some musings and rants pertaining to the current issues.
